Admins create events with rounds and questions, teams join by scanning QR codes at their tables, and a projector display drives the audience experience with animated slides for questions, answers, and real-time scoreboards. Supports multiple choice and free-text questions, AI-powered answer verification via Claude, and role-based access for admin, curator, and scorer roles.
